Having the luxury of living in a 3,693 sq ft condominium with spacious balconies with views of the panoramic sea and city skyline was wonderful. Upon entering the condominium, you can see a stretch of casuarinas trees encircled by the sight of beautiful sunsets, sound of the splashing waves against the glittering white sand and soft air from the tropical breezes. Don’t you think this is life?

Everything seems to fall into places right now except that I am short of something… a perfect home theater system for my living room. I have checked around for a system that would be ideal for that space but there were just too many brands around that confused my decision further. It was not until I met a sound engineer friend of mine that my dilemma was solved.

Since he was the expert in getting the best sound effects for my room, I allowed him to choose the best brand for me. He recommended me the Harman Kardon CP65 5.1-channel Home Theater In-A-Box with DVD player, a perfectly matched and powerful home theater system. The whole system has the AVR 347`s DCDi(R) by Faroudja processing and scaling, a powerful high-current amplifier and two-input, Simplay HD(TM)-verified connectivity, then add the DVD 48`s 1080p playback of conventional DVDs through its Simplay HD-verified output, and complete the system with the power of the HKTS 18`s perfectly matched speakers.

This is what I call life! Now I can invite all my friends over to watch the Barclays Premier League on TV. I think I better head down to the nearest supermarket now to stock up my refrigerator with cans of drinks and some munchies.

I'm thirsty for a drink now. Would you be kind enough to treat me?

What do you understanding by the meaning of BPM? BPM is the acronym used for Business Process Management or sometimes as Business Performance Management. It is a set of processes that will optimize the business performance of an organization by making efficient use of the available resources such as human resources, financial resources, liquid assets, technologies and so on.

There are many available articles online as well as on books regarding BPM and this useful information is gaining lots of acknowledgements from companies all over the world. Not only would the process help the company in risk analysis, it would also forecast problems right at the root and give out alerts for immediate corrective measurements.

BPM would be useful for companies which are looking seriously into the meeting of the organization’s performance goals as the process would involve continuous feedback loops to ensure that the organization’s business processes are right on track to its strategies and is performing as expectations. Thus, the profits of the company would eventually increase too.

In life, anything that can go wrong will go wrong, and at the worst possible time, in the worst possible way. What could be the worst possible time than when you are in need of a job? No job, no income. No income, no money. No money, no life, as you would not be able to feed even your stomach full. What would be the first step then to get a job? You would need a resume.

Many people thought that applying for a job is easy just by simply writing a normal resume. What they do not know is that most employers would look at the resumes seriously. One of the most looked at section would be the salary section where you would state how much you would be asking from the employer. Putting a high amount would not be impressive in the eyes of the employer. Neither would stating an amount too low be beneficial to you. Somehow you will need to find out how much your job would be worth in your area.

Another mistake that would cost your failure in securing a job would be the content and layout of your resume. The resume would look like a novel with no bullets and filled with cluttered information. Moreover, the font size would be either too small or too big, no focus at all, one too many spelling errors, inconsistency in alignments, and no “ingredients” at all in it.

There are so many mistakes that most of the applicants would make during an application for a job. If you are not sure on how to get the best resume to secure a job, I would advise you to check on some of the many Boston resumes available online. At least you would be having some guidelines to your perfect resume.

LUMBAGO AND ME

That word is definitely not the name of a person nor is it the name for a dance. Lumbago just merely means low back pain and it can be really painful. I was literary sitting at my computer desk working all the time but suddenly I felt the room began to sway about crazily and my chest began to stiffen up. I thought I was going to die of a heart attack but I was still sitting there feeling grumpier and moodier than before. Any small little mistakes done by the people surrounding me will get them being bombarded by me for no apparent reasons.

Lumbago has crept into my life sneakily and it had caused my whole body systems to be chaotic. I began to suspect my sitting posture since my work will involve working in front of the computer for a long period of time. Unfortunately, my assumption was wrong as I even experience some chilling pain on my spine when I was moving too. I went for a blood checkup and everything was fine except that I was a bit high on the cholesterol level. Now I wondered if it was due to the high cholesterol level plus the lack of exercise.

Even after a small cup of hot beverage, I would feel so lethargic that I would doze off just like that. My weight bloated up although I had lost my appetite for some of my favorite food. My heartbeat was crazy when I checked on my rate through a pulse oximeter. It was pumping at 115/mt which is above the norm of 70-90/mt. My body felt so tense and my mind was restless all the time. I am slowly getting myself into depression and anxiety.

These symptoms seemed to come and go but this time it was the worst. It could be due to the stress, lifestyle, diet or even inconsistent time for meals and sleep. It could also be Lumbago mischievously making my whole body to be disobedient. I have lost of answers to my ever painful back pain and it is freaking me out to think about the worst scenario for my health issues. Consuming painkiller was just an alternative but it would be bad for my body in a long run. I would need to settle the root of the issue once and for all to get out of this painful misery.

I'm thirsty for a drink now. Would you be kind enough to treat me?

YOU LIGHT UP MY LIFE

When was the last time you ever sat down with your partner to enjoy your evening away in a perfect environment? Most of us would just utter “Errr…”! No matter whether you are still dating or married for many years, life would somehow get monotonous if nothing was done to spice things up. “Surprises” is the key for a closer relationship. Taking your “date” to a posh restaurant might be a good surprise but in the end of the day, your budget may burst due to the unnecessary expenditure incurred unless you are rich enough to foot the bills without thinking twice. But then, there won’t be much of a surprise as dining out would be such a routine.

Why don’t you plan something way out from your norm as to prepare a meal for your partner in the comfort of your home? It does not have to be a grand affair but getting some takeaways and lay the food on the table might not be cool at all. Even though if you have never stepped foot into a kitchen before, you can always get some simple recipes online and get them prepared with ease. You can even consult your friends for some great recipes which you can whip up in no time.

On the day of the surprise, just make sure that your partner would be available for an eat-out. Prior to her returning home from work or some errands, storm the kitchen with the ingredients that you had pre-ordered. Work out a menu to be served and work on your culinary skills to surprise her. It might not turn out great as a first timer but it’s your action that will make her stunned.

To create a great ambience for the occasion, set your indoor lighting right. Get a dimmer for your lighting if you have to. Dim down the lights and set a couple of candles, some floral arrangement and a stalk of rose just for her on the table for a romantic dinner ahead. You may want to play some soft background music to bring back the days of your early dating. If you think that this romantic rendezvous might not be good enough to impress her, you can always cook up something special that may make this special day the date of your life time. After all, how successful the surprise will be lies in the creativity within your heart and soul.
