LIVING IN A TASTE OF YOUR OWN

A visit to a friend’s apartment not long ago had kept me amazed by how well that special touch he had given to his new home was. All along I thought that having a simple work of paint with some modern looking furniture would be ideal when renovating a space constrained unit but I was so wrong when I saw how my friend had designed his home in a taste of his own. The most wonderful thing was that no structural changes had been done to the original layout plan.

What he did was genius as he had played with the space availability with a touch of lavishness from the contemporary furniture that were architectural showpieces themselves. With a smart play of soft lighting accent, the whole place was transformed into a master piece of space architecture.

The whole place has the little magic touch of colors in silver and shades of earthly and woody hues which complimented each other real well. It was just like those cool contemporary designs you can find at some of wealthy mansions. The feel of the East meet West elements also portrayed a sense of enlightenment and tranquility. I quickly found myself so much in peace while slumbering myself onto his soft and silky cushioned sofa. If I get the chance to renovate again, I would surely look into these homely styles.

I AM GETTING ITCHES ALL OVER MY BODY!

Oh no! What have I eaten this morning that caused my whole body to itch nonstop? It couldn’t have been the slightly toasted whole meal buns I had with a little spread of butter for breakfast. I had those for breakfast almost daily. I’m so sure those extra spoonfuls of cereals I had added to my hot chocolate did not do any harm either. Neither would a few slices of honey melon in my diet would be blamed for the allergy. What could it be then? It really baffled me.

Recently, I had many encounters with such bad experiences. I would get this great deal of misery and discomfort and the next day it would just disappear. It’s just too mysterious! I tried tracking my food consumption but without any strong evidences that the food intakes were the culprits behind my allergies. It could be just anything from harmless food, bug bites to air pollutants. At times, while sitting down my work place, I would suddenly have runny nose after some stretches of irritated eyes. That’s really weird as the whole working environment was in an extreme clean state with no one being sick either.

Since these frequent allergies did not happen at the same place, I could be certain that it’s some unknown allergens flying around the environment. AM I SUFFERING FROM INSOMNIA?

There are more and more insomniacs popping up throughout the world recently due to the excessive pressures from either the working or studying environment. Scenario C: You just had some relationship issues with someone close to you. It might just be the acceptance of your true self by majority of your superior, subordinates or even friends surrounding you. Stay calm and study deep within your inner self the reason that might have caused the scenario. Do get some advice from people that you can trust and find out the ideal solution to get this out of your mind. By then, life would be brighter for you and everyone near you.

Scenario D: Your inner self would be like a full blown storm with many worries to your expectation in life. Everything and everyone seemed not right and you kept hearing all those voices circulating in your mind finding faults with all your actions. You are not insane as it happened quite often to people who are heavily worked down. The best solution would be to go to a remote and less crowded place to experience the peacefulness of the Mother Nature. Do try to stay calm and feel relax to the utmost before jumping back into your hectic lifestyle.
