THERE ARE DANGERS IN YOUR CAR

The car is the second most common mode of transportation in most part of the world. In terms of fatal road accidents, the major cause of such fatalities is head injuries due to ignorance to wear proper safety belts. What about the remaining causes of the fatalities? Anybody knows? Well, not many people realized the dangers of loose objects in the car which caused the remaining fatalities. We usually go on with our daily lives, thinking that accidents might not happen to us. Although buckled in, just tell me how many cars do not have water bottles, stationeries, or at least a mobile phone in it? Nobody gave them some thoughts. Why would they? No matter what, a little bit more of precautions would not hurt us a bit.

There are tens of millions of autos on the road today, well crash tested and have air bags and antilock brakes to give the driver a sense of safety on the road. The speed limits have increased and SUVs as well as MPVs have multiplied. Most people have sought their vehicles into second living rooms where hidden dangers abound, from a plastic card on the dashboard to tennis racquets and golf clubs in the back. In a crash, any of these objects could turn into a deadly projectile. In a real case, a man’s neck was slashed by a credit card that was lying on the dashboard. Surprisingly, he was just a back seat passenger who survived the ordeal with minor injuries.

A spokesman from the US Highway and Auto Safety once said that loose cargo and unbelted riders are safety issues that drivers overlook. ”We’re losing more lives and suffering more injuries than we realize.” Did those collisions result in serious injury? Not necessarily. It is the loose objects that created additional risk. No matter what, check your car regularly. Get an auto insurance quote from the nearest insurance company. Anything can happen when you least expected. I read about the car safety guidelines in details but why were all these never even mentioned the safety guidelines when we apply for a license or even purchase a car? The necessary authority ought to highlight the dangers of loose objects in the car.

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT

I felt as if I have been run down by a truck each day I come home from work. Initially, I thought age has crept in slowly and my body could no longer take in the workloads and pressures as it used to be. I tried to exercise but I got even more lethargic than ever and I gave up on that. This made me stressed out and ate even more. Eventually, I gained a few kilograms due to bad stress management. I got sick regularly as my digestive and immune systems got all messed up.

Luckily, a friend of mine who had the same experience recommended me Co-Clean and my life began to show vast improvements. It was the toxin level within me that was the culprit. I never knew that it could have caused me so much of complication in life. Now I jog regularly before going to work and I do not feel the lethargy anymore. My weight went back to normal and my digestive systems improved tremendously.

Thanks to Co-Clean detoxifying colon cleanse processes that made my life better. Not only did it help my body to dispel harmful toxins, it also led me to a healthier lifestyle. Now I feel that I have more energy to complete my tasks, better concentration power, smooth bowel systems, great shape and no more constipation problems. Each tablet contains Apple Cider Vinegar to assist in the elimination of toxins in the body, Grapefruit Concentrate to eliminate bacteria, toxins and parasites in the digestive system, Chitosan to help reduce cholesterol levels and promote weight loss, Cascara Sagrada Bark to treat constipation and bloating, Senna Extract to stop bowel constipation irregularity and Oat Fiber to help maintain normal bowel movements.

I HAD THEM DELIVERED SAFELY

CONTRIBUTION photo CONTRIBUTION.jpg

I had just learned from a seminar not long ago that no matter how rich or poor we are, we should contribute something within our means towards those less fortunate than us. That was what I did for those victims of the recent natural disaster down in Myanmar where it was hard hit by Cyclone Nargis.

The whole country was badly affected with ten of thousands of people, especially those from the remote parts of the country being made homeless without food and clean water. The sight and stench were quite unbearable with many animals and human bodies scattered all over the ruined crops and contaminating the water supplies. Many of the victims were still in shock as they have lost their families, relatives and friends in the worst disaster in their history.

The victims have lined up in most parts of the road in hope of getting relieves from donors. Life had been hard on them as their future is now in the dark. They do not even know when and how the next meal would be there for them. Together with a group of donors, we managed to deliver some food supplies and clothes in secured shipping boxes to the country. Some of the contributed items included rice, biscuits, instant noodles, dried fish and bottles of drinking water.

It was truly heart breaking to see the cyclone victims being forced to live by the streets. If you have the compassionate heart to help them, do whatever within your means to help relieve their lives. They really need you now.

STRESSFUL MOMENTS

It is nice to have some pets around the house to brighten up a person’s life but sometimes having one too many playful kittens around the house could be stressful, especially when they do not know how to stop having fun all the time. Well, what would you expect? If kittens are not playful, they would not come up with the term “as playful as a kitten” right? And I have six in the family, meaning six times more of cleaning up to do.

Would you believe that I had just swept the whole place barely 15 minutes ago and here they are tearing more bits and pieces out of their play boxes. Their hairs are also flying all over the house. It has always been that tiring cleaning up their mischievous acts on top of my heavy workloads. I could hardly have more than few minutes of non stress moments without ever thinking of the cleanliness of the house.

I think it is time that I get myself one of those Sebo vacuums on offer at the nearest departmental store. At least I do not have to use much energy to get the house fully clean up within the shortest period of time. It might just a great idea after all. I will surely get one first thing on Monday morning.

HOLIDAY IN CHICAGO

I would be having a business trip to Chicago at the end of June this year. Chicago is the largest city in the state of Illinois and the third largest metropolitan area in USA and its weather during this period is the warmest amongst the four seasons it experiences yearly. I was wondering whether I should extend my trip there to pamper myself with a few days of work-free environment and enjoy myself to the peak. Maybe I should since I am already there and I have never even visited any of the places of interest.

What makes Chicago interesting is that most of its attractions are centrally located. Museums, parks and sky high observation decks are just within the city. You would even need to run around and get yourself tired out. Grabbing your food with in the midst of your shopping should not be a problem. There are many restaurants and fast food chains scattered all over the city, which offer meals from super budget up to ultra lavish.

I would like to experience the night life in Chicago too. There are many around the city, from blues clubs, jazz venues and alternative music joints. Now I am thinking deeply on how many additional days I should stay back for my Chicago travel spree with so many interesting things to do?
